Hydration Habits That Feel Natural, Not Forced
Hydration advice often becomes another thing to track. It does not have to. The easiest habit is the one connected to something you already do.
Pair water with existing moments
- Drink a glass after brushing your teeth.
- Keep water on your desk before opening your laptop.
- Pour a glass before coffee or tea.
- Add citrus, cucumber, mint, or berries when plain water feels boring.
Use cues, not pressure
A visible glass does more than an app notification for many people. Put water where your eyes already go: desk, kitchen counter, bedside table, or car cup holder.
Hydration needs vary by person, activity, medications, and medical conditions. This is general information, not personalized medical advice.
